 ETI STORY
ETI was founded in 1979 as an electrotechnical company and quickly it distinguished as synonymous of good quality, technology and innovation. In the same year, ETI produced the hairdryer called “TURBODRYER” which represents a milestone in the professional hairdryers field. This product, still produced nowadays, is sold and appreciated in every country of the world.
Since 1979 till today, over 5 millions pieces have been produced that, taking into consideration the limited professional market, represent an absolute record. Since 1993 the company has been deciding to turn its attention to the innovation and begun to project hairdryers which have to satisfy the professional hairdressers changeable exigencies, maintaining the essential requirements of quality and advanced technology. So it was formed a group of young people who have been revolutioning the concepts which, until that moment, managed the market, especially listening to the professionals who are always looking for the best, following the trend of the moment. So, stronger and stronger and lighter materials were researched always maintaining the fantasy which universally distinguishes the “Made in Italy”.

 Then, in 1994, was introduced, as world preview, the first professional hairdryer made in coloured transparent material which immediately earned the consumer favour (then such process was subsequently applied on more advanced machines such as computers, etc.etc.).

ETI changed from a trade company to an integrated company with several production departments which gave a contribute to the realization of more and more modern and reliable products. Today, ETI SpA is the only European company which produces professional hairdryers , manufacturing inside 75% of its own components.

For example: the motor is projected for every specific requirement of market reality and it is produced inside its own factories and taken care of the minimal details.

Such principle is applied for every other details and the few purchased particulars are subjected to strict controls.

ETI philosophy is the following: our hairdryers must have these characteristics: be perfect and meet the requirements of professional hairdresser who can rely on our products, because they have an elegant design, but especially because they are synonymous of constant reliability during the time.
