	Following the article 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003To the senses of art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data protection code) the user is informed that:a) the personal and registry data supplied for contractual and pre-contractual means will be treated by ETI S.p.A. for filing, collection, elaboration for statistical, book keeping and insurance means and for use generally connected to the usual exercise of professional services related to our activity as well as that of documentation, promotional campaigns and for advertising and marketing purposes;b) the conferment of the data is obligatory for purposes of negotiation, conclusion and execution of the present contract and/or of other commercial agreements and in case of missed conferment of the data the contracts cannot be concluded. Via Corridoni, 11 - MILANO;e) the subjects to which the personal data refer to have the right in any moment to obtain confirmation about the existence or lack thereof of the aforementioned data and to know their content and origin, to verify their exactness or to ask the integration or update, or the rectification (art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003). To the senses of the same article there is the right to ask for the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the block of the data treated in violation of law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate motives, to their treatment.The undersigned user declares to have taken vision of the above informative and to agree on its content.
